Founding the first of many companies at just 16 years old, Tony has made a career of being a CEO of Tech Startups and advising and training CEOs and Investors.
He has been CEO for 10 tech companies including 4 that he founded himself. One of his most successful was Ad Pepper Media, which was IPO'd on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
Tony is certified as a Senior Business Coach from the University of Berkeley, California and has advised the executives of such diverse companies as Virgin, SEGA, L'Oreal, Disney, TimeWarner, Telia, NEC, Matsushita and BMW as well as countless startups.
Born in Finland, Tony speaks Finnish, English and German and has run companies in 14 countries on 3 continents.
Tony divides his time between Finland and Monaco.

Alastair started college at 17 where he earned his Software Engineering Diploma. Aged just 22, he became head of Software Development for a CAD startup and then joined the legendary Silicon-Valley venture, Taligent, aged 24.
Transitioning to Business Leadership through Technical Consulting, Alastair became a Certified IBM Consultant and has held executive roles across the spectrum from Sales to Marketing to Technical including CEO, CTO & CRO.
He has helped many successful Startups exit including elata (bought by Qualcomm), JumpTap (bought by Millennial Media) and Nexmo (bought by Vonage - now part of Ericsson).
Born in the USA, Alastair has UK, US and French nationality. He speaks English and French and has led teams in 9 countries across 3 continents. Alastair divides his time between London and Nice, France.
